Third Quarter Well-being Theme: Financial Fitness

Our well-being theme for Q3 (July – August) focuses on the importance of financial well-being.

Finances weigh heavily on our minds and affect productivity at work, sleep and mental health. A recent survey shows 56% of workers spend three hours or more per week at work dealing with or thinking about money-related issues. So there’s no better time to support your employees with the following resources, all available on the NRECA Employee Benefits website.
