Thinking of Changing the Billing Frequency for Your Group Benefit Plans?
If you want to keep your current billing frequency, no action is needed. If you want to change the billing frequency for your group benefit plans to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual, you can do so online. Go to Administration > My Co-op’s Insurance > Billing Frequency. Select the subgroup.
The deadline is December 1
To change your billing frequency for 2015, you must let NRECA know by December 1. Changes will take effect January 1, 2015.
Remember, the billing frequency you choose must be the same for all of your co-op’s group benefit plans. If you don’t want to change your billing frequency, you don’t need to do anything. Your current mode will continue automatically for 2015.
Reminder: As of January 2014, there is no longer a discount for annual or semi-annual billing.
