Share Your Thoughts on the Value of Benefits Campaign

Earlier this year, we launched the Value of Benefits campaign to creatively and succinctly convey the many ways your cooperative’s benefits program brings value to your employees.

Each quarter we introduced a module, from the basics of developing your co-op’s benefits communications strategy to laying the foundation of appreciation for the NRECA Medical Plan, Retirement Security Plan and 401(k) Pension Plan.

As we look to the year ahead, we’d love to hear your thoughts about the campaign through a brief survey that should take about five minutes to complete. Let us know what worked and what you’d like to see more of (or less of!) as we refine the approach for 2025.

What’s ahead in 2025?
In the coming year, materials will incorporate the specific needs of participant ages and life stages. While there are ways for employees to maximize their benefits at each stage, the campaign will underscore specific decisions and steps they can take to maximize their benefits at different points along their journey, which can help increase employee appreciation of your co-op’s investment in their benefit program.
