About Life Strategy Counseling
Life Strategy Counseling offers confidential support and counseling over the phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for personal issues like depression, anger, addiction and stress. It’s also a helpful resource for helping balance work-life demands; employees can call or go online for help with such things as locating childcare services, eldercare resources, parenting and adoption services and job relocation services.
The program is available at no additional cost to employees, and their dependents 18 and over, of co-ops participating in the NRECA Medical Plan.
