Send 2024 Compliance Reporting Data by February 14
Friday, February 14, is the due date for your cooperative’s 2024 compliance annual reporting data. If you haven’t already done so, send your retirement compliance questionnaire using the secure Message Center and use the W-2 Salary Submissions page of the Employee Benefits website to manually key or import your data.

NEW FOR 2024: Use Appendix A to report any long-term, part-time employees who began participating in your 401(k) Pension Plan during 2024. Co-ops with no long-term, part-time employees can skip Appendix A.
