RS Plan Benefit Statements Mailing

Annual benefit statements for most participants in the Retirement Security (RS) Plan will be mailed to participants by March 31. RS Plan participants with qualified domestic relations orders, prior employment at a participating cooperative or other special circumstances will receive their statements soon after.

The Financial Power RS newsletter accompanies the participant benefit statements. This issue’s feature story provides examples of common benefit payment options and the reasons people choose them. In the second article, Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting planner, Dupree Goodwin, shares answers to a few frequently asked retirement planning questions.

Opt-in to online statements for faster access
Participants who have opted for electronic statements will be able to access them on NRECA’s Employee Benefits website as soon as they are run. To opt into electronic delivery for future statements, participants should log into the website then click on My Benefits > Profile > Preferences.

Regardless of the individual’s mailing preference, the website maintains three years of statements and newsletters.
