Reminder: Submit Your Cooperative’s Annual Base Salary Data

The annual base salary collection period closes October 10. Cooperatives with salary-based benefits should go to the Employee Benefits website’s November 15 Base Salaries event to:

1. Verify that your employees’ job positions in your co-op’s human resources system and records align with NRECA’s job positions. If necessary, submit updated job positions.
2. Submit your co-op’s annual base salary data. Submitting your data on time will help ensure accurate annual enrollment elections, January billing and Retirement Security Plan estimates and payments.
