Reminder: Submit Tax-Advantaged Account Documents

If you haven’t done so yet, remember to send the appropriate documents to NRECA if your cooperative plans to add a new 125 Plan or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), or make changes to its current plan(s), for 2026. The completed documents must be submitted to cba.fsa.hra@nreca.coop by Monday, September 30.

Also, by September 30, if your co-op will sponsor a 125 Plan in 2026, be sure to submit a payroll calendar for each subgroup administered—regardless of whether you are making changes to your plan.

The sample plan documents, forms and guides your co-op will need to complete and return are available on the Employee Benefits website:
