Reminder: Submit Tax-Advantaged Account Documents

If your cooperative plans to add a new 125 Plan or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) or make changes to its current plan(s) in 2025, you should complete the appropriate plan-related documents and return them to cba.fsa.hra@nreca.coop by Monday, September 30.

Please remember that if your co-op will sponsor a 125 Plan in 2025, you must submit a payroll calendar for each subgroup administered—regardless of whether you are making changes to your plan.

The sample plan documents, forms and guides your co-op will need for the 2025 plan year are available on the Employee Benefits website:
