As we look to the year ahead, we’d love to hear your thoughts about the campaign through a brief survey that should take about five minutes to complete. Let us know what worked and what you’d like to see more (or less!) of as we refine the approach for 2025.

In 2025, we’re looking forward to providing you with materials that incorporate the specific needs of participant ages and life stages. While there are ways for employees to maximize their benefits at each stage, the campaign will underscore specific decisions and steps they can take to maximize their benefits at different points along their journey, which can help increase employee appreciation of your co-op’s investment in their benefit program.
