Diabetes continues to rise in America: 38 million people have the disorder, and nearly one in four of those don’t know it.* Be sure to sign up for the Diabetes Awareness webinar on August 1 and set aside space at your cooperative for your employees to watch.

WebMD, NRECA’s well-being partner, will conduct the webinar at 1 p.m. Central time. You’ll learn about:

  • How prediabetes indicates a high risk of developing type 2 diabetes
  • Risk factors for and symptoms of type 2 diabetes
