Reminder: PCORI Fee Due July 31

The annual fee to fund the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), known as the PCORI fee, is due by July 31, 2021, for the 2020 plan year. Sponsors of fully-insured health plans as well as certain self-insured health plans, including health reimbursement arrangements and non-HIPAA-excepted 125 plan health flexible spending accounts must pay the fee.

The fee for the 2020 plan year is $2.66 per covered plan participant (up from $2.45).
