Remind Your Participants: Start FutureMe Survey by February 24

Eligible NRECA Medical Plan participants are encouraged to take the FutureMe survey and let it serve as a guide for their health journey in 2023.

The survey is designed to help individuals assess their overall well-being and identify positive steps to take toward better health. Plus, participants who begin taking the survey by February 24 will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card—200 winners will be selected overall! Winners will be notified by email.

Participants can access the survey by going to cooperative.com > My Benefits > My Insurance > FutureMe. Here, they’ll find a link that takes them to the FutureMe portal, which contains the survey, as well as FutureMe coaching and numerous program resources supporting physical, mental and financial well-being. 

First-time users of the portal will need to create an account. However, if participants registered via WebMD MyHealth Manager before January 1, 2023, their account information is automatically transferred to the FutureMe portal and they will not need to create a new account.
