Reminder: Download and Return Restatement Adoption Agreements

On July 5, restated adoption agreements for your cooperative’s Retirement Security (RS) Plan and 401(k) Pension Plan were released. If you haven’t done so already, visit the Retirement Plan Documents page of the Employee Benefits website or follow the link in the July Message Center notification to download yours today.

October 31, 2022 is the deadline to return the signed agreements (and your board resolution adopting the restated plans) to NRECA. Detailed instructions and FAQs are available on the Restatements page of the Employee Benefits website. You can return the agreements and resolution either together or separately.
