Reminder: Deadline for Changing Billing Frequency is December 1

As a reminder, December 1 is the deadline for changing your cooperative’s group benefit plan billing frequency for 2016. Go to Administration > Co-op Insurance > Billing Frequency and select the subgroup. Changes will take effect January 1, 2016.
