Reminder: 125 Plan and HRA Open Enrollment

If your cooperative will offer the 125 Plan and/or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) plans for 2025, be sure to enroll your employees by November 30, when open enrollment closes.

Reminder: If your co-op hasn’t done so yet, please complete and submit an Employer Administrative Fee Funding Form to authorize ACH payments for flexible spending account, HRA and/or retiree HRA administrative fees. Go to the 125 Plan and/or HRA page in the BA Guide and find the form under Plan Documents and Instructions.
