Register for a Webinar Summarizing Recently Passed 415 Limit Legislative Relief

Register today for a webinar on March 1 at 1 pm, Eastern time, that will provide an overview on relief from IRC 415 benefit limits, as recently announced in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act, applicable to certain cooperative employees in a tax-qualified pension plan like the Retirement Security (RS) Plan offered by NRECA.

NRECA presenters Mark Maus and Michele Gardner will provide an overview of this relief which resulted from legislative efforts on behalf of NRECA’s member co-ops. The session will review how this legislative relief will work based on several examples of co-op employee situations.
