Registration is now open for NRECA’s Basic Benefits Training Course (BBTC)! Get registered and join us online for this year’s foundational benefits training course, which will be held June 8 – 10, 2021.

Who should consider attending?

• Cooperative employees new to benefits administration or to NRECA group benefits or retirement plans
• Professionals familiar with NRECA plans but who want a refresher course

While joining this multi-day training course from the comfort and safety of your home or office, you will benefit from engaging content and informative presenters. Sessions will highlight the resources available to help benefits administrators do their jobs in each topic area discussed, from the various group and retirement benefit plans and programs to compliance issues as well as claims, billing and additional operational components.

Attendees will be hear directly from key NRECA staff members who they will work closely with to administer their co-op’s NRECA benefits. Be sure to check out the optional sessions for networking opportunities with fellow attendees as well as time with your local field representative followed by a question and answer session with NRECA staff.
