Q3 Well-being Focus: Maintenance
To gain, you need to maintain. That’s the idea behind our third quarter well-being spotlight: maintaining healthy habits. “Maintenance” follows the preparation and action themes we’ve focused on previously, and encourages people to maintain a new habit for at least six months with plans to continue it forward.
Maintaining healthy habits is all about finding new ways to incorporate exercise and nutrition into your routine so that habits stay engaging and interesting. This is especially important in light of the coronavirus-related challenges affecting our way of life today.
The following resources can help educate and encourage plan participants to form healthy habits and stay the course.
