Q2 Well-being Theme: Mind & Body

FutureMe, NRECA’s well-being program for NRECA Medical Plan participants, is catching on among cooperatives and their employees since launching on January 1.

Through February, nearly 3,000 participants have visited the FutureMe portal and 2,500 have completed the FutureMe survey, designed to guide them on their health journey. And the first of three FutureMe challenges, Make Your Move, kicks off March 15, with 235 cooperatives registered to participate.

Your co-op can keep a spotlight on FutureMe, as well as other NRECA well-being programs, by promoting program resources and tools related to our quarterly themes. Ahead of each quarter, look for NRECA communications calling out these theme-related resources.

We’ll focus on these specific topics for the remaining year:

  • Q2: Mind & Body
  • Q3: Financial Fitness
  • Q4: Community Health

Your employees can learn about the mind and body theme on the Employee Benefits website’s FutureMe page (beginning April 1) and find a wide range of theme-related health topics and resources on the FutureMe portal.

For the second quarter, we encourage you to highlight the following resources at your co-op and work them into your well-being program.

Go to the FutureMe page on the BA Guide to share these infographics via handouts in your breakroom or as digital signage:
