Q2 Well-being Focus: Action
After the first quarter’s focus on well-being preparation, it’s time to take action! The action stage of the four Stages of Change supports making long-term behavioral changes that have been contemplated and prepared for in the previous stage. This stage lasts up to six months as purposeful action becomes habit.
Our second quarter’s communications will center on information and resources, like those below, to support your employee’s behavioral changes and improved well-being.

Lunch and Learn
The Q2 well-being lunch and learn, “The Science of Diets,” is scheduled for April 30. Look for registration information in an upcoming issue of NRECA Employee Benefits Weekly.
