PPO USA Now GEHA Solutions for the Connection Dental Network

PPO USA, the company that manages the Connection Dental network that provides NRECA Dental Plan participants access to over 67,000 dentists nationwide, has changed its name to GEHA Solutions.

Currently, NRECA health ID cards have ppousa.com listed as the website address for Connection Dental. Participants using ppousa.com will be redirected automatically to gehasolutions.com. Applicable updates (e.g., the new website address) will be made to health ID cards for 2023.

The phone number remains 877.277.6872. Participants should contact Connection Dental if they have dental network questions.

As a reminder, dental plan participants are not required to use an in-network provider. Benefit levels are the same regardless of a dentist’s network affiliation; however, services provided by Connection Dental providers are discounted.
