Open Enrollment Begins for 125 Plan and HRA Plans

The enrollment period for 125 Plan and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) plans opened November 1.

You can now enroll in one or both of these plans administered by Cooperative Benefit Administrators, Inc. (CBA) for 2026. Complete your enrollments via the Manage 125 Plan and HRA page within the BA Guide by November 30.

Reminders (if you haven’t already submitted the following):

  • If your co-op sponsors a 125 Plan, please email your 2026 payroll calendar to cba.fsa.hra@nreca.coop.
  • Your co-op must complete an Employer Administrative Fee Funding Form by November 13 to authorize ACH payments for flexible spending account, HRA and/or retiree HRA administrative fees. Go to the 125 Plan and/or HRA page in the BA Guide and find the form under Plan Documents and Instructions.
