OneExchange “Getting Started” Guide Mailing Update

Post-65 retirees and other participants affected by the Retiree Insurance Solutions changes were mailed their “Getting Started” guides from OneExchange on August 18, 2014. These packages are sent out by first class mail and in some cases may take 6 – 8 days to deliver depending on the region of the country. If retirees have not received their “Getting Started” guides yet, please mention the above time frame and ask that they monitor their mailboxes to ensure the guide is delivered. If the guides are not delivered by September 4, 2014, email retireeinsurancesolutions@nreca.org and we will see that another “Getting Started” guide is sent to the retiree.
