Now Online: Value of Benefits Resources for the 401(k) Plan

In 2024’s final installment of the Value of Benefits campaign, NRECA is sharing new resources to help you spotlight the 401(k) Pension Plan for your employees.

We’ve heard your requests for short, visual, easy-to-digest materials about benefits. To that end, these materials deliver simple messages about the 401(k) Plan: Save early, save more if you can, capture a match if you have one, and get investing and planning help from the Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting (PIRC) team.

Your 401(k) toolkit, found on the Value of Benefits page in the BA Guide, includes these pieces:

• A short, animated video, “How the 401(k) Pension Plan Helps You,” gives a high-level overview of this vehicle for retirement savings—great for sharing at employee meetings, on your intranet, or via email.
• Animated digital ads and PDF infographics illustrate the power of starting to save early in one’s career (“How Saving Early Pays Off”), and how an employer match can boost savings (“You and Your 401(k): A Perfect Match”).
• An infographic shows how the PIRC team can provide support with financial decisions throughout one’s career and into retirement, at different life stages and milestones.
