Now Online: “Enhanced Life Strategy Counseling Program” Webinar

In case you missed it live, the webinar “Enhanced Life Strategy Counseling Program” is now available to benefits administrators on the Insurance page of the Webinars & Videos section of the BA Guide on the NRECA Employee Benefits website.

You can view the webinar recording, as well as download the presentation slides and question-and-answer segment.

The webinar highlights enhancements to NRECA’s Life Strategy Counseling program, including up to five in-person counseling sessions per issue. And you’ll learn about communications materials available with which to educate your employees about the program.

The webinar also touches on Life Strategy Counseling resources available to support cooperative managers. We’ve created an email template that lists these resources for you to inform managers and leadership at your co-op.

Life Strategy Counseling is available to employees, and their dependents 18 and older, who are eligible to participate in the NRECA Medical Plan.
