New Streamlined Find Care & Costs Experience

The user experience for the Find Care & Costs tool on the Employee Benefits website has been simplified. NRECA Medical Plan participants can now access the tool by one link on the Find Care & Costs landing page instead of two. The rest of the landing page, with links to providers with direct contracts, GEHA Connection Dental and VSP Vision Care, has a new look, too.

Participants can go to the Find Care & Costs page and click on the Find Care & Costs link to:

  • Find in-network providers.
  • See customized cost estimates, based on their current deductibles and out-of-pocket coinsurance maximums.1
  • View quality ratings and provider reviews based on patient feedback.

Once in the tool, medical plan participants can select “Medical Directory” for medical providers or “Behavioral Health Directory” for mental health providers, and then follow the steps to find results based on their search criteria.
