Navigating Compensation Issues: Using the Executive Benefit Restoration Plan Webinar Now Online

In December, NRECA hosted a webinar that highlighted the Executive Benefit Restoration Plan, its basic features and how the plan can be tailored to suit your cooperative’s specific needs. Cindy Irving and Tolsun Waddle of NRECA’s Deferred Compensation Program team also shared a few case studies illustrating ways this type of nonqualified deferred compensation plan can be used to:

• reward a long-term executive;
• retain a mid-career executive; and/or
• attract or retain an executive.
