MyHealth Coaches Diabetes Program Launches May 21

NRECA has partnered with Health Dialog to create a 12-month incentive program for eligible NRECA Medical Plan participants with type 2 diabetes. This type 2 diabetes health management program will provide a corresponding smartphone mobile app* and incentives such as a complimentary one-year supply of diabetic test strips after talking with a health coach.  There are other great incentives offered throughout the 12-month program that you may have read about in the March issue of Benefits Bulletin.

The MyHealth Coaches Diabetes program launches on Monday, May 21, 2018. Eligible NRECA Medical Plan participants will receive invitation kits to eligible NRECA Medical Plan participants. These kits will then be mailed to newly eligible NRECA Medical Plan participants on a monthly schedule.

*Alternative methods have been incorporated to allow participants without smartphones to participate in all incentivized components, including monthly challenges.
