Message Center Notice Alerts BAs to Employee Contact Information Changes

This new summary notice begins next week.

Employees can change their contact information in Cooperative.com using My Profile. These updates modify the name and address records in our benefits and membership systems, which can affect the timely and accurate delivery of important and required benefits information to employees.

Next week, we will begin sending a weekly Message Center notice to BAs that summarizes the contact information changes made by employees at their cooperative. We encourage you to use these notices so you’re aware of these changes.
