Listen for New Menu Options When Calling NRECA
Beginning November 19, individuals who call NRECA’s Member Contact Center at 866.673.2299 will have new main menu options from which to choose. The new menu options are designed to help benefits administrators and participants connect more promptly with appropriate NRECA personnel.
Callers should listen carefully to the new options when calling the number.
Here are the new menu options:
Option 1 – health insurance benefits questions
Option 5 – individual retirement plan questions
Option 6 – speak with the Personal Investment & Retirement Consulting team
Option 7 – benefits compliance questions
Option 8 – other questions and to speak with a Member Contact Center representative
Option 9 – replay the message
