Letter to Participants to Encourage Use of Exclusive Choice Pharmacies

CVS Caremark^®, NRECA’s pharmacy benefit manager, is sending a letter to NRECA Medical Plan participants starting October 13 highlighting savings available when filling prescriptions at Exclusive Choice pharmacies.

The letter will be sent to NRECA Medical Plan participants who are not filling their prescription drugs at an Exclusive Choice pharmacy. The letter will be personalized, identifying Exclusive Choice pharmacies closest to the home address of the participant.

Exclusive Choice pharmacies include CVS (including inside Target stores), Walmart, Sam’s Club, The Medicine Shoppe and various independent pharmacies across the country. CVS Caremark Mail Service is also within the Exclusive Choice network.
