Letter to Encourage 90-day Prescription Drug Fills

CVS Caremark^®, the NRECA Medical Plan’s pharmacy benefit manager, will mail a letter the week of June 20 to NRECA Medical Plan participants who are filling a 30-day supply prescription of their maintenance medications.

The letter will be personalized, listing prescription drug options that can be filled for a 90-day supply based on the participant’s current prescriptions.

The letter will encourage participants to switch to a 90-day supply, which typically costs less than three 30-day supply prescriptions.

Participants can get a 90-day supply of maintenance medications at an Exclusive Choice pharmacy or through the convenience of CVS Caremark Mail Service.
