HealthEquity Changing Login Method

To provide additional account security and protection, beginning in August, HealthEquity^® is rolling out a passkey login method that will be required for account holders to access their health savings account (HSA). HealthEquity is an NRECA vendor partner that cooperatives can choose to establish an HSA on behalf of their employees.

Account holders will need to download the HealthEquity mobile app and set up a passkey, which will replace the existing login method.

HealthEquity is sending emails in the coming weeks to affected individuals providing resources to help them prepare for passkey login. Passkey login will be rolled out over several weeks.
