FSA/HRA Debit Card Resources for Participants

This week, Cooperative Benefit Administrators (CBA) is mailing a brochure with important debit card information to participants who elected the debit card option for their flexible spending account (FSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). The information in the brochure, “Seven things to know about your card,” will also be available on the NRECA Employee Benefits website as a print-friendly, single page PDF.

A “FSA/HRA Debit Card Substantiation Process” guide will also be available online to benefits administrators (BAs) and participants for assistance with submitting a receipt and/or an explanation of benefits for any claim requiring additional documentation.

Participants can find this information on their FSA/HRA debit card by logging in to the Employee Benefits website on Cooperative.com and going to My Insurance > Tax-Advantaged Side Accounts. BAs can find this information by logging in to the Employee Benefits website on Cooperative.com and going to Co-op Insurance > Tax-Advantaged Side Accounts.
