Community health takes center stage as our fourth-quarter well-being focus. It’s another important component of FutureMe, alongside the Mind & Body and Financial Fitness themes we’ve previously highlighted this year. 

Cooperative employees can show their “concern for community”—a key co-op principle—by taking care of themselves physically, mentally and financially, while looking out for their family, coworkers and neighbors.
