Final Week to Submit W-2 Salary Data and Compliance Questionnaire

This Friday, February 14 is the deadline to submit your cooperative’s 2019 compliance questionnaire and W-2 data. Use the enhanced W-2 Salary Submission process on the Employee Benefits website, then send your completed questionnaire via the Message Center.
