EPIC Hearing Healthcare and hi HealthInnovations are Now UnitedHealthcare Hearing
Effective January 1, 2020, national hearing aid providers EPIC Hearing Healthcare and hi HealthInnovations® became UnitedHealthcare Hearing. This change will provide NRECA Medical Plan participants with a single point of contact for hearing aid services and increased access to in-network hearing providers.
Participants can contact UnitedHealthcare Hearing by phone at 855.523.9355, TTY 711, or visit uhchearing.com for services and answers to their questions. They no longer need to contact EPIC Hearing Healthcare or hi HealthInnovations separately for participating providers; instead, they can search for in-network providers using the Find a Doctor tool on the Employee Benefits website.
Other benefits and services of the consolidation of hearing aid services through UnitedHealthcare Hearing include:
