Deadline Reminder: Make Billing Frequency Changes by December 1

Need to change the billing frequency for your cooperative’s group benefits plans for the 2026 plan year? You can change it to monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual through the Group Billing Frequency page on the Employee Benefits website by December 1, 2025.

Billing frequency changes will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Things to Keep in Mind
If your co-op has multiple subgroups, you can select different billing frequencies for each subgroup.

Invoices for business travel accident plans are due annually, regardless of the billing frequency change you make.

Finally, if you want to keep your co-op’s current billing frequency, no action is needed.
