CVS Caremark to Survey Participants in September

CVS Caremark®, the NRECA Medical Plan’s pharmacy benefit manager, will conduct a phone survey in September of randomly selected medical plan participants who use the NRECA Medical Plan’s prescription drug benefit.

This survey is conducted annually in order to capture participants’ feedback on CVS Caremark’s services, such as mail service, customer care and Caremark.com.
