CVS Caremark Member Satisfaction Phone Survey

During July, CVS Caremark^TM, NRECA’s pharmacy benefit manager, is conducting a phone survey of randomly selected NRECA Medical Plan participants who use the plan’s prescription drug benefit.

This survey captures participants’ feedback on CVS Caremark’s services, such as mail service, retail pharmacy and customer care.
