Countdown to Launch: Employee Benefits Website Redesign
When you log into the NRECA Employee Benefits website on May 5, you’ll be greeted by a brand new home page, completely redesigned navigation and an online experience that’s been simplified to help you more easily manage your NRECA benefit programs. Want a sneak peek? Check out this brief video.
Built with you in mind
Designed to function in a more intuitive manner, the site incorporates your feedback and industry best practices to support the way you work. Content is customized based on the NRECA programs you offer to your co-op’s employees. Megamenus feature common language based around tasks and resources.
New look, new features
Your all-new administrator home page features an “Important Dates” module right up top with tasks, deadlines and linked resources to assist you in checking off your to-do list!
You’ll also see rotating links in the “Top Resources” module to help you with common tasks throughout the year as well as all the valuable content in the BA Guide.
Need to access an employee’s benefit profile? Look no further than the all-new “Employees” module, where you can browse or filter by participant name, subgroup or employment status. Simply click on an employee’s name to view his or her full benefit profile or to make changes.
You will also be able to view snapshots of your cooperative’s 401(k) Pension Plan information by subgroup and view additional information for your co-op’s other benefit programs offered through NRECA.

Want to view your own personal benefit information? At the top of the page, click the drop-down menu next to your name to switch to your personal view.
Your co-op’s employees and dependents enrolled in NRECA employee benefit programs will also experience a redesigned home page that makes managing and obtaining key information about their benefits a breeze.
Resources to help you share the good news
We’ve created resources geared to promote the site with your co-op’s employees: a video, flier, poster and digital ads along with content that you can use on your intranet, in email, newsletter or upcoming staff meeting.
