Certain Departments Briefly Unavailable on August 20
Representatives from the Member Contact Center, Employee Benefit Services and claims departments will be unavailable via phone between 2 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., Central time on Wednesday, August 20.
Individuals calling into NRECA’s toll-free phone line will hear a recorded message indicating these specific groups are unavailable; however, other teams will still be reachable via phone. Additionally, individuals may also continue to access the 401(k) Pension Plan’s automated voice response service by selecting option 5.
Normal call center operations will resume after this brief window. Alternatively, individuals can send an email to these areas to be addressed during normal business hours.
