Billing Frequency Changes Can Be Made Starting November 1

Have you considered changing the billing frequency for your cooperative’s group benefit plans for the 2025 plan year? If so, your opportunity runs from November 1 to December 1.

To make changes, you can access the Billing Frequency page via the NRECA Employee Benefits website only during this 31-day period. Changes will take effect January 1, 2025.

A simple, smooth process
The Billing Frequency page has a new look and feel. The enhanced design offers easy navigation through the billing frequency selection process, while the steps and functionality remain the same. In just a few simple steps, you can change the frequency mode to annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly.

Things to keep in mind
If your co-op has multiple subgroups, you can select different billing frequencies from subgroup to subgroup.

Invoices for business travel accident plans will still be due annually, regardless of the billing frequency change you make.

Finally, if you want to keep your co-op’s current billing frequency, no action is needed.
