Annual Renewal Opens Next Week

The Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal feature of the Employee Benefits website opens next Thursday, August 8, for the 2025 Group Benefits Program Annual Renewal. Annual renewal runs through September 20, 2024.

You can use the Benefit Plan Rating and Renewal feature to:

• View your cooperative’s 2025 renewal rates.
• Confirm your existing group benefit plans.
• Make changes to your plans.
• Model new plans.
• Submit your plans to NRECA.

2025 renewal rates emailed
Be on the lookout for a report with your co-op’s 2025 group benefit renewal rates. They will be emailed to the primary benefits administrator for each subgroup with NRECA group benefits plans on August 8. The email will also have a link to the BA Guide Annual Renewal page with updated information on annual renewal, as well as the 2025 renewal materials.

Experience-rated co-ops that cover 100 or more lives also will receive an electronic renewal package by a separate email with their co-op-specific renewal calculation and reports.
