2018 Annual Enrollment Materials Now Online

Materials for the 2018 annual enrollment period, which will run from October 23 to November 22, 2017, are available on the Annual Enrollment page in the BA Guide. Click on the “Educate” link on the page to view them. These materials include a customizable PowerPoint presentation and Word flier, as well as other brochures and fliers. Please download and use these materials to supplement your cooperative’s annual enrollment communications.

We will update the page with a video tutorial for participants on the new online annual enrollment experience and other resources closer to the opening of annual enrollment. We will announce in I&FS Weekly when those are available.

Ordering brochures
You can order print copies of the “Maximize Your Health Care Benefits” brochures. There is a version for co-ops with the UnitedHealthcare network (GRPBR17048) and one for the HealthLink network (GRPBR17049).
