Annual Base Salary Collection Period Now Open

Cooperatives can now submit their annual base salary data to NRECA.

Co-ops that participate in either NRECA’s salary-based group or Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefits should submit their data by October 11. The collection period opened September 3.

For instructions and resources on submitting your data, go to the Annual Base Salaries Information page within the BA Guide. To submit your data, go to the November 15 Base Salary page.

Salary data will affect 2025 billing and is also needed to ensure accurate annual enrollment information for co-ops that offer NRECA’s life insurance and/or disability products.

Before submitting your data, remember to first validate (and update as needed) your employees’ job positions according to the NRECA job classification list.
