Annual Base Salary Collection Begins September 3

This year’s collection period for cooperatives’ annual base salary data, also referred to as November 15 salary data, runs from September 3 to October 11, 2024.

Salary data collection applies to co-ops that participate in NRECA’s salary-based Group Benefits Program or Retirement Security (RS) Plan benefits, or both. This data will affect 2025 billing and is also needed to ensure accurate annual enrollment information for co-ops that offer NRECA’s life insurance and/or disability products.

Before submitting your data, your co-op should first validate (and update as needed) employees’ job positions according to the NRECA Job Classification list. NRECA uses job position information to ensure employees receive relevant targeted communications and to provide accurate data for the National Compensation System. This system is a key budgeting tool used by co-op CEOs to ensure competitive wages and salaries.
