Annual Base Salaries Data Collection Period Closes on October 14

The annual base salaries data collection period closes October 14. This information is an important part of our annual process of calculating coverage, premiums and billing rates for NRECA’s salary-based benefit plans.

The annual base salary is a cooperative employee’s hourly pay rate as of November 15, 2016, multiplied by the number of hours the employee would regularly work during 2017.

The timely submission of your co-op’s salary data helps us accurately calculate your 2017 benefit premiums in advance of the open enrollment period. It also ensures the accuracy of Retirement Security Plan projections and distribution option forms for 2017.

Please be sure to submit your co-op’s annual base salary data through the website no later than October 14, 2016.
