All Renewals Emailed; Experience-rated Renewals also Mailed
A rate sheet will be emailed to the primary benefits administrator (BA) at all co-ops on August 12.
NRECA will provide annual renewal materials for 2015 to non-experience-rated cooperatives—generally those covering fewer than 100 employees—by email only. These co-ops will get an email on August 12 letting them know that the 2015 Annual Group Benefits Renewal is open. A 2015 renewal rate sheet will be attached to the email, which will be sent to the co-op’s primary benefits administrator. The email will also have a link to the renewal materials posted on the Employee Benefits website.
An email will also be sent to experience-rated co-ops—generally those covering 100 or more employees. BAs can print, email and save electronic renewal materials. Email us by August 1 if you would like the annual renewal email directed to someone other than the primary BA at your co-op.
Experience-rated co-ops also will receive their 2015 renewal materials by regular mail. This is to provide co-op-specific information that is included with experience-rated renewal materials.
For print copies and other changes, email us
Our goal is to provide the best possible service. If a non-experience-rated co-op prefers to receive printed annual renewal materials by regular mail, please email employeebenefits@nreca.coop by August 1 to let us know. In the email, provide the BA’s name, the co-op name and the REA number. We will mail a packet in time for annual renewal.
If you have questions about annual renewal materials, contact the Member Contact Center at 1.866.673.2299 or contactcenter@nreca.coop.
